The Magician — I

Intention is the first ingredient in any working. This chapter holds the spells, rituals, and folk magic practices that make up the active side of this craft — from candle work to petition papers, from hexing to healing. It also holds the tools of the trade themselves — the symbols and sigils you draw on, and the instruments and practices, like the altar and the broom, that carry the work. All of it has a place here.
